When dealing with collections, sometimes you get a phone call from someone claiming to be homeless. While it is possible that they may have borrowed a phone, it happens so frequently in collections that not everyone could be telling the truth.

  1. If they're homeless, how can they afford to pay a cel phone bill?
  2. If they're paying a cel phone bill, how do they have a billing address while simultaneously being homeless?
  3. If they're grabbing the mail out of a place they're evicted from, how will they know if the bill has been paid?
  4. If someone is paying their cel phone bill, why can't the payer also A. make them not homeless, and B. pay something on their contract?
