Some customers don't get it. They order a vase or other breakable, and it arrives all smashed up, and so they order another one. And another. And another. And all of them arrive broken. This is what you call Deja OOPS (OOPS being the unfortunate nickname of a certain shipping company). They just don't seem to figure out that maybe shipping that glassware set to the Himalayas wasn't such a good idea after all. This generally happens at the customer end, as the company has a policy against multiple replacement orders (only refunds after the first or second one).

Example:

  • A lady ordered a framed picture as a Hannukah gift for somebody. She ordered one, and it was broken, so she ordered another one. And another. They were all broken. The odd thing was, she paid for all of them out of pocket, and only started to complain after we got to the fourth or fifth one.
