Caller Amnesia

Caller Amnesia occurs when a customer you just spoke to calls you again, describing the same situation all over from the start like you're someone else. This can be mildly amusing when they think they are attempting to bypass security procedure again, or if they're asking for that same concession they asked you for last time. Bonus points if the caller complains about "that previous representative I spoke to."
